Announcing Noho Papa at Hoopili! These new Hoopili homes for sale will replace the outgoing “Kanalani” phase, ushering in the newest iteration of brand new single family residences from Ewa Beach. Homes for sale at Noho Papa are expected to be sold in tandem with the upcoming Molehu phase; the more entry level series of Ho’opili homes with maintenance fees.

Currently there are 2 model homes at the project serving the Ikena and Kanalani phases. It’s unclear at the moment if new model homes will be built for Molehu or if the developer will continue to use the existing homes but regardless, we would be happy to tour you through the homes for the most immersive experience into Ho’opili Living.
