Iliahi at Ho’opili | Overview
Announcing the newest phase of Single Family homes at Hoopili! Iliahi sound familiar? This is because developer DR Horton Hawaii has chosen to recycle this phase name once more as it replaces the outgoing Lehua 2 single family home phase. Iliahi homes will stay on brand with previous single family home releases in it’s feature of Single Level & Split Level Floor Plans featuring 2-car garages. We’ll see practical yard spaces of 3,500+sq with El Toro grass kept nice and green by preinstalled irrigation systems. Iliahi’s “Urban Garden” concept will also see owners benefit from edible landscapes through the various fruit trees planted on each lot. Trade and barter with your neighbors!
Previous phase offered 7 different floor plans to choose from, stainless steel appliance packages, luxury vinyl flooring options, split air conditioning, smart home features, and we don’t anticipate Iliahi to offer anything less. Updates to exterior stylings have been prevalent with the last few releases we’ll probably see refreshed, contemporary exteriors that are on par with the previous Lehua homes and/or the Olena/Aulu phases.

Association Fees
No maintenance fees in this phase of homes, however, there is $65/mo association assessed to every Ho’opili owner. This covers the common area maintenance, pools, landscaping, etc.
